Mark your calendars! SCACS will be participating in ARRL Kids Day on Saturday, June 20, 2025, set up at Harris Park in Dunlap, Tennessee.

Kids Day is a twice-yearly event sponsored by the ARRL designed to give young people a chance to experience amateur radio firsthand — make a real contact, talk to someone across the country, and discover what ham radio is all about. It’s one of the most fun days on the amateur radio calendar, and we’d love to see the whole community come out.

It’s that time of year again! Annual dues for the 2026 membership year are now due. Membership in SCACS helps cover repeater maintenance, equipment upkeep, and our affiliation fees with ARRL/ARES.

Dues for 2026:

• Full member: $10/year
• Student / under 18: Free

Dues can be paid at the next monthly meeting or mailed to our treasurer. Members who have not renewed by July 1, 2026 will be removed from the active roster.
